Amy Lou Adams Amy Lou Adams (born on 20th August, 1974 in Aviano, Italy). American actress. Famous for her naive and charming characters. She was married to the actor Tony Curtis from June 1951 to September 1962 and the mother of Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh started her career in film when she signed an MGM deal in the middle of 1940s. She was discovered through actress Norma Shearer. The actress portrayed Norma in various popular films throughout time, including Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho in 1960, and Living It Up, a Martin and Lewis film released in 1954.
