The children were sleeping at the crib, as I was strapped in with an infant on my back. Ha! Ha! It all started to be clear, but was still far from being done. The home would require an enormous amount of work as well as a passion to shop. I began to take on clients at a time going at my own pace but it didn't take time before I was running numerous accounts and had an entire home improvement business. If you had said to me that this company of mine could become an idea for a TV show on DIY Network I probably would have been astonished. If I think back, it still makes me smile.
